AGES Inc. is excited to announce that their operations have been acquired by Brock White Canada Company effective August 31, 2006.
The purchase further expands Brock White Canada’s construction products distribution business into the growing Alberta market.
AGES’s management team, sales staff, and support personnel will continue with the expanded AGES/Brock White business operation.
Brock White Canada Company is a leading construction specialty products distributor serving contractors, industrial accounts, and other construction product users through distribution centers in Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon and Thunder Bay, along with the recently acquired Manstar Distributors of Edmonton and Calgary, a masonry and stucco products distributor. Brock White Canada is wholly owned by Brock White Company, LLC, a St Paul, Minnesota headquartered distributor serving construction specialty product customers throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota and eastern Wisconsin.
